Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to promote company projects and services


• Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms


• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms


• Work with the graphics designer and videographer to produce compelling content


• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities


• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly


• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports


• Run and manage paid social media campaigns for property promotions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field


• Minimum of 2–3 years experience managing social media accounts for a brand


• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)


• Experience with content planning, analytics, and social media advertising


• Good writing and storytelling skills


• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadline.
