Role Overview
- The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle for fintech and financial infrastructure projects delivered by Strivolabs.
- This role bridges business strategy, product design, and technical implementation, ensuring that client requirements are translated into clear product specifications and successfully delivered by the engineering team.
- The Technical Product Manager will work closely with:
- Engineering teams and technical architects
- Financial services clients
- Implementation and integration partners
- Internal delivery teams to design and launch secure, scalable financial technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Product Leadership:
- Define product strategy and roadmap for digital platforms and financial technology systems
- Translate client needs and business goals into structured product requirements
- Define user journeys and product features for digital financial services platforms
- Manage product backlogs and prioritise features based on impact and feasibility.
Technical Coordination:
- Work closely with engineering teams to guide the development of platform features
- Support technical architecture discussions alongside the Technical Architect
- Define API and system integration requirements
- Ensure systems are designed for scalability, security and reliability
Stakeholder Management:
- Facilitate collaboration between client teams and internal engineering teams
- Manage communication and expectation alignment across stakeholders
- Provide regular updates on product progress and development milestones.
Product Delivery:
- Track development progress and ensure the timely delivery of product features
- Identify and resolve blockers during the development lifecycle
- Ensure solutions meet client requirements and quality standards
- Support implementation, pilot rollouts, and production launches.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Business Analysis
- Experience working on fintech, banking, or financial technology products
- Experience managing API-driven or platform-based systems
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex technical products
Technical Understanding:
The candidate should have strong familiarity with:
- APIs and system integrations
- Software architecture principles
- Cloud infrastructure environments
- Financial systems and digital platforms.
- The role does not require coding, but candidates must be comfortable discussing technical implementation with engineers.
Product Management Skills:
- Product roadmap development
- Agile product management and sprint planning
- Backlog management and prioritisation
- Writing clear product specifications

- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

Within the first six months, the Technical Product Manager will:
