Job Summary

The IT Officer manages the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and technical support to ensure efficient operations and data security.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company IT systems and networks.


• Provide technical support to staff for hardware and software issues.


• Install, configure, and update computer systems and applications.


• Ensure proper functioning of internet, email systems, and ERP platforms.


• Monitor system security and data protection.


• Manage backups and data recovery processes.


• Maintain IT inventory and recommend upgrades when necessary.


• Train staff on basic IT usage and security practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.


• 2–4 years experience in IT support or systems administration.


• Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and system management.


• Ability to fly a drone is compulsory.


• Experience managing ERP systems is an advantage.
