Job Summary




  • We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage the company’s online presence and promote its real estate services and property listings across digital platforms.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, growing the company’s online audience, and generating leads through strategic social media campaigns.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to promote real estate properties, projects, and services.

  • Create engaging content including property promotions, videos, graphics, and campaigns.

  • Respond to online inquiries and engage with potential clients.

  • Monitor social media performance and generate reports on engagement and leads.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote property listings and company events.

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and real estate marketing strategies.



Educational Qualification





  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.





Experience




  • 2–3 years experience in social media management or digital marketing.

  • Experience in real estate marketing or property promotion is an added advantage.



Required Skills:




  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing and digital content creation.

  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics.

  • Creativity in developing engaging content and campaigns.

  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
