The Sales Promoter will be responsible for promoting company products, creating product awareness, and driving sales at the assigned market location through active customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell company products to customers.
Engage customers and explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
Encourage purchases and help increase daily sales.
Ensure proper product display and visibility.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the display area.
Monitor stock levels and report low stock to the supervisor.
Provide customer feedback and market information to the Field Sales Manager.
Prepare and submit daily or weekly sales reports.
Maintain good relationships with customers and retailers.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: SSCE / OND.
Previous experience in sales or product promotion is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade customers and achieve sales targets.
Must be hardworking, responsible, and customer-oriented.
