Job Summary

• We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Matron to join our healthcare team.


• As a Matron, you will provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing operations and patient care delivery.


• Support and mentor nursing staff to maintain high standards.


• Oversee daily nursing operations and manage nursing staff


• Provide clinical expertise and support to nursing teams


• Foster a culture of excellence, compassion, and professionalism


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive patient outcomes

Requirements/ Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Nursing / RN (Registered Nurse) certification.


• Current license with the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).


• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.


• Current Nigerian Nursing Council (NNC) registration


• Experience in a similar role (desirable)


• Proficiency in relevant clinical systems (desirable.
