Job Summary
The Operations Delivery Manager is responsible for the technical direction, commercial outcome and overall execution of service projects through designated project teams; ensuring consistency with established processes, efficiency across projects and customer satisfaction. He oversees project budgets, timelines, risks, and deliverables while ensuring compliance, safety, and team development. Interfaces with OEMs, clients, and stakeholders to deliver value-driven solutions and maintain the company’s reputation. The Operations Delivery Manager will have the direct responsibility for project site operations and execution (site management, repairs, maintenance, overhauls, installation and commissioning) from the proposal phase through to customer acceptance.

Education & Experience
- First degree in Engineering or related discipline (Master’s preferred) 10+ years in Oil & Gas and Power (energy) sectors
- 5+ years leadership experience with demonstrable success
- Experience with O&M contracts, Time & Material agreements, and maintenance projects
- Exposure to multi-cultural or international operations
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead operations teams to execute O&M contracts, including staffing, inventory management, site safety, and contractor performance.Manage projects directly, tracking budgets, risks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure departmental financial targets and margins for service projects and agreements are achieved.
- Provide technical and commercial support to sales teams, including pricing and scope-of-work definition.
- Develop and implement best practices, tools, and processes for project execution.
- Oversee service tender packages, vendor bid evaluation, and contract awards.
- Coordinate all activities for acquiring and executing O&M service contracts.
- Set strategic objectives for projects and align departmental goals with company objectives.
- Deliver OEM and technical training to clients/customers, managing training scope and execution.
- Interface cross-functionally with internal teams, OEMs, third-party providers, and government agencies to enhance client relationships and company reputation.
