•  Interested candidates should possess an NCE, HND, Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 2-3+ years proven sales experience in publishing, education, FMCG, or B2B sectors


• Demonstrated success selling to Nigerian schools, educational institutions, or government procurement


• Existing relationships with schools, educational distributors, or school administrators in Lagos/Abuja (strongly preferred)


• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles


• Experience selling premium-priced products (not budget alternatives)


• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills-you can articulate value, not just price


• Strong understanding of Lagos and Abuja educational markets and school purchasing processes


• Self-motivated with ability to work independently while maintaining accountability


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for sales tracking), Word, and email communication


• Smartphone with data for regular reporting and communication


• Genuine passion for children's education and African literature.
