Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and results-driven Sales Officers to join our team. As a Sales Officer in the State Business unit, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our loan products designed specifically for State employees. Key locations are: Ogun, Enugu, Anambra, Delta, Zamfara, Adamawa and Kano.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers within the State government workforce to introduce and offer our loan products.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with government employees, understanding their financial requirements and presenting appropriate solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively pursuing sales opportunities and effectively managing client relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the loan process.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for expanding our reach within the Public Sector and achieving revenue goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Job Requirement
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with the State Sector and the financial needs of government employees is advantageous.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated by targets and committed to delivering results.
- Willingness to travel within assigned locations as necessary.
- Fluency in local languages spoken in the respective regions is a plus.
