About the job




  • We are hiring a Sales & Conversion Executive to drive growth for a Social Service Company. A platform connecting families with trusted domestic workers. This role is focused on converting inbound enquiries into paying clients (employers) and onboarding serious, job-ready domestic workers. You will be responsible for managing conversations, following up on leads, and ensuring that both sides of the marketplace are actively engaged and converted.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Respond promptly to all inbound enquiries from employers and domestic workers (via WhatsApp, calls, and other channels)

  • Convert employer enquiries into paid bookings by guiding them through the process and addressing concerns 

  • Onboard and qualify domestic workers, ensuring they are serious, available, and ready to work

  • Follow up consistently with leads who have not completed payment or registration

  • Match employers with suitable domestic workers and coordinate next steps

  • Maintain clear communication with both parties until successful placement or onboarding

  • Track daily conversations, conversions, and outcomes

  • Escalate issues or objections that prevent conversion



Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):




  • Lead response time (target: under 5–10 minutes)

  • Conversion rate of employer enquiries to paying clients

  • Number of domestic workers successfully onboarded and active 

  • Follow-up consistency and closure rate 

  • Daily/weekly revenue contribution



Requirements




  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or lead conversion (preferably via WhatsApp or phone)

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills 

  • Ability to follow up consistently without being prompted

  • Highly responsive and able to manage multiple conversations at once 

  • Results-driven with a strong focus on closing deals 

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment

  • Familiarity with service-based or marketplace businesses is a plus

  • Must be available and responsive during working hours and occasionally on weekends when required
