Job Description
Job Objective
- Drive sales growth and market expansion for palm oil products (CPO, PKO, PKC, and seedlings) by acquiring new customers, managing key accounts, and supporting the execution of commercial strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales plans to achieve revenue and volume targets
- Develop new customers and expand market presence (local and export)
- Manage client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate delivery with operations
- Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agribusiness, or related field with 3–5 years’ experience in sales, commodity trading, or agribusiness.
