Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for static mechanical equipment.
Monitor the condition and performance of static equipment, identifying potential risks and recommending mitigation measures.
Ensure maintenance activities comply with technical specifications, company procedures, and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspection reports, and equipment history.
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment availability.
Assist in inspections, repairs, and overhauls of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, and other static assets.
Support the implementation of reliability programs and best practices for static equipment maintenance.
Liaise with procurement to ensure timely availability of spare parts, materials, and tools for maintenance activities.
Prepare reports and KPIs related to equipment performance, maintenance activities, and compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in maintenance planning or coordination of static equipment, preferably in oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial plants.
Knowledge of static equipment design, operation, and maintenance practices.
Familiarity with inspection methods and standards (ASME, API, ISO).
Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in maintenance management systems (CMMS/EAM) is an advantage.
