Job Description




  • The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, sales performance, client management, and profitability of the Kaduna branch.

  • The role ensures business growth, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies.



Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales:




  • Drive property sales, leasing, and portfolio growth

  • Develop and execute branch sales strategies

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships

  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets



Operations Management:




  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations

  • Ensure proper documentation of all transactions

  • Maintain property listings and inventory records

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards



Team Leadership:




  • Supervise, train, and manage branch staff

  • Set performance targets and conduct appraisals

  • Enforce discipline and company policies

  • Foster a high-performance work culture



Client Relationship Management:




  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Handle high-value clients and key negotiations

  • Resolve customer complaints effectively



Financial Management:




  • Prepare and manage branch budgets

  • Monitor expenses and optimize profitability

  • Submit financial and operational reports



Reporting:




  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports

  • Track KPIs and branch productivity metrics



Requirements

Education:




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • A master’s degree is an added advantage



Experience:




  • 3–6 years of experience in real estate

  • At least 2–3 years in a managerial role

  • Proven track record in sales and business development



Other Requirements:




  • Strong knowledge of the Kaduna real estate market

  • Ability to meet aggressive sales targets

  • High level of integrity and professionalism

  • Must be result-driven and self-motivated

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
