About the role




  • The Revenue Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing the hotel’s revenue strategy and maximizing profitability.

  • This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background, capable of leveraging data to drive decision-making processes.

  • The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure alignment with revenue goals.



Key Responsibilities




  • Revenue Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective pricing strategies and yield management techniques to maximize revenue across all distribution channels.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth.

  • Forecasting: Prepare accurate forecasts for occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR) to guide financial planning.

  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on revenue performance, analyzing key metrics and presenting findings to senior management.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to create promotional strategies that drive occupancy and enhance the hotel’s market presence.

  • Inventory Management: Optimize room inventory distribution across all channels, including direct bookings, OTAs, and GDS platforms.

  • Training & Development: Mentor and train staff on revenue management best practices and tools.



Qualifications  




  • Previous experience as a Revenue Manager or similar position.

  • Pre-Opening experience is an advantage.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management within the hotel industry.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management software and Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Knowledge of current market trends and competitive landscape.and social media.

  • Preference will be given to local candidates.
