About the Role
We are a reputable facility management company seeking to engage a results-driven Business Development / Marketing Officer with proven experience in facility management and a strong capacity to market technology-driven solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new business opportunities and promoting both our facility management services and proprietary digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new facility management contracts across residential estates, commercial, and corporate environments
- Strategically promote and drive adoption of the company’s facility management application and other technology solutions
- Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client and stakeholder relationships
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technology, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in business development or marketing within the facility management or related industry
- Demonstrated experience in marketing and selling technology products (e.g., mobile applications, SaaS platforms, or digital solutions)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and product positioning strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- High level of professionalism, initiative, and self-motivation
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
