Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing employers on the MyJobMag platform.
This is a client-facing role for someone who is confident in prospecting, pitching, and closing deals. The ideal candidate understands recruitment or HR solutions and can clearly communicate value to decision-makers while consistently meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients across various industries
- Generate leads through outbound outreach, referrals, and networking
- Schedule and lead meetings with HR managers, founders, and business leaders
- Present and sell MyJobMag’s recruitment and employer branding solutions
- Understand client hiring needs and recommend suitable service offerings
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve revenue targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful service delivery
- Track pipeline, sales activity, and performance metrics
- Provide market feedback to improve products and positioning
- Support business development efforts across affiliated brands where required
- Perform other duties aligned with revenue growth and company objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Confidence in leading client conversations and closing deals
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive
- Experience in recruitment, HR tech, or B2B services is an advantage
