Job Summary 



We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing employers on the MyJobMag platform.



This is a client-facing role for someone who is confident in prospecting, pitching, and closing deals. The ideal candidate understands recruitment or HR solutions and can clearly communicate value to decision-makers while consistently meeting sales targets.



Key Responsibilities 




  • Identify and prospect potential clients across various industries

  • Generate leads through outbound outreach, referrals, and networking

  • Schedule and lead meetings with HR managers, founders, and business leaders

  • Present and sell MyJobMag’s recruitment and employer branding solutions

  • Understand client hiring needs and recommend suitable service offerings

  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve revenue targets

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful service delivery

  • Track pipeline, sales activity, and performance metrics

  • Provide market feedback to improve products and positioning

  • Support business development efforts across affiliated brands where required

  • Perform other duties aligned with revenue growth and company objectives



Requirements 




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • 3–5 years experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Confidence in leading client conversations and closing deals

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive

  • Experience in recruitment, HR tech, or B2B services is an advantage
