Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance / Workshop Manager to oversee the maintenance operations and workshop activities, ensuring all equipment, machinery, and facilities are operating efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all maintenance and workshop operations


• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are effectively implemented


• Manage and lead a team of technicians and workshop staff


• Diagnose faults and ensure timely repairs of equipment and machinery


• Monitor inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies


• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards


• Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and performance metrics


• Minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field


• 5–8 years experience in maintenance or workshop management


• Strong technical knowledge of machinery, equipment, and repair processes


• Proven leadership and team management skills


• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities


• Proficiency in maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office


• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
