Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven Area Sales Representative to drive sales and market penetration for our foam /FMCG products across Delta State.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, expanding distribution channels, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve assigned revenue targets within the territory
- Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability and competitor activities
- Ensure effective product distribution and visibility across key locations
- Execute sales strategies and promotional activities in line with company objectives
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with distributors to prevent stock-outs
- Collect market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and trends
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage receivables
- Prepare and submit periodic sales and performance reports
Qualifications & Requirements
- HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of sales experience in FMCG or foam industry
- Strong knowledge of the Delta State market and distribution network
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel frequently within Delta State
