We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to lead operations in our fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant.
The ideal candidate will combine strong operational leadership with proven business development skills to drive revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and build a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and speed of service
Drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies, promotions, and local market engagement
Deliver exceptional customer service that encourages repeat business and brand loyalty
Manage, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets
Monitor inventory, control costs, and minimize waste
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards
Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability
Requirements
Minimum HND / OND with strong experience and skills may be considered.
Minimum of 6 years’ experience managing restaurants, preferably in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment
Strong business development and revenue growth experience
Proven leadership and team management skills
Solid understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and customer service excellence
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
