About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to lead operations in our fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant.


• The ideal candidate will combine strong operational leadership with proven business development skills to drive revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and speed of service


• Drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies, promotions, and local market engagement


• Deliver exceptional customer service that encourages repeat business and brand loyalty


• Manage, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets


• Monitor inventory, control costs, and minimize waste


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards


• Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability

Requirements

• Minimum HND / OND with strong experience and skills may be considered.


• Minimum of 6 years’ experience managing restaurants, preferably in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment


• Strong business development and revenue growth experience


• Proven leadership and team management skills


• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and customer service excellence


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
