Job Summary

• The Hotel Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership and smooth operation of the hotel, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.


• This role requires a proactive leader with a passion for hospitality, operational excellence, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership across all hotel departments.


• Uphold and enhance the hotel’s standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.


• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.


• Oversee operational efficiency, including front office, housekeeping, food services, and maintenance.


• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-effective strategies.


• Address guest feedback promptly, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution.


• Drive occupancy growth and revenue through effective planning and service excellence.


• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


• 3–5 years’ experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.


• Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service excellence.


• Proven leadership ability with strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability.


• Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
