Main Function    



We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team in Maitama and oversee all financial operations for both Salon & Spa/ Cafe. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a structured environment    



Role Responsibilities    



Financial Reporting & Oversight




  • Review daily sales and expense reports.

  • Implement a standardized financial reporting system.

  • Reconcile cash, POS, and other payment transactions.

  • Prepare consolidated financial reports for management.

  • Submit periodic financial summaries and report discrepancies or financial risks.



Payment Processing & Vendor Management




  • Process payments for goods and services.

  • Ensure proper approvals before disbursement of funds.

  • Maintain documentation for all transactions.

  • Liaise with vendors regarding invoices and payment schedules.

  • Ensure timely settlement of bills.

Budget Monitoring & Cost Control




  • Track expenses against budgets and monitor cash flow.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Supportbudgeting, financial planning, and forecasting



Financial Reporting Cycles




  • Support key financial activities including month-end reporting, stock audits, and financial reviews.

  • Ensure financial reports are completed accurately and on time.



Qualifications and Requirements    




  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years accounting experience.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

  • Practical knowledge of VAT compliance and tax procedures.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
