Main Function
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team in Maitama and oversee all financial operations for both Salon & Spa/ Cafe. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a structured environment
Role Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Oversight
- Review daily sales and expense reports.
- Implement a standardized financial reporting system.
- Reconcile cash, POS, and other payment transactions.
- Prepare consolidated financial reports for management.
- Submit periodic financial summaries and report discrepancies or financial risks.
Payment Processing & Vendor Management
- Process payments for goods and services.
- Ensure proper approvals before disbursement of funds.
- Maintain documentation for all transactions.
- Liaise with vendors regarding invoices and payment schedules.
- Ensure timely settlement of bills.

Budget Monitoring & Cost Control
- Track expenses against budgets and monitor cash flow.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Supportbudgeting, financial planning, and forecasting
Financial Reporting Cycles
- Support key financial activities including month-end reporting, stock audits, and financial reviews.
- Ensure financial reports are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Practical knowledge of VAT compliance and tax procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
