Key Responsibilities




  • Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person

  • Provide accurate information about products and services

  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Support onboarding of new customers and guide them through processes

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.



Requirements




  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc./HND) in any discipline

  • Must be a fresh graduate (0–2 years experience)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
