QUALIFICATIONS 

• HND / BSc in Mechanical Engineering or suitable equivalent.


• 3 – 5 years working experience as a Mechanical Engineer.


• Understanding of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire-fighting Systems.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.


• Proficiency in common design software such as AutoCAD, REVIT, Carrier HAP and others.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Good interpersonal skills.


• Project management and leadership skills.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce BOQs / BEMEs and detailed drawings for mechanical services projects as necessary.


• Negotiate with clients / consultants in getting the best deal for projects in terms of customer satisfaction and maximization of profit for the company.


• Oversee and supervise projects from inception to completion with the required installation and safety standards.


• Liaise closely with other professionals, including consultants (MEP and structural engineers), architects, in-house project teams in order to accomplish successful project completion.
