Our client is a provider of Home Improvement Services, Building Solutions and Design & Construction Management services.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will manage construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans, safety standards and quality control. This role is best suited for a self-driven and proactive candidate who can take full ownership of site operations while maintaining a high level of integrity and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities ensuring that work is carried out according to drawings, specifications and standards.


• Coordinate with artisans, contractors and stakeholders on site.


• Monitor daily progress and provide feedback


• Submit timely reports on project status, materials, and milestones.


• Maintain quality control and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Required:

• Diploma or HND in Building Technology or any related field


• 1 -  3 years relevant work experience


• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


• Good communication and reporting skills
