Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will manage construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans, safety standards and quality control. This role is best suited for a self-driven and proactive candidate who can take full ownership of site operations while maintaining a high level of integrity and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities ensuring that work is carried out according to drawings, specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with artisans, contractors and stakeholders on site.
- Monitor daily progress and provide feedback
- Submit timely reports on project status, materials, and milestones.
- Maintain quality control and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Required:
- Diploma or HND in Building Technology or any related field
- 1 - 3 years relevant work experience
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and reporting skills
