To implement company security policies and procedures that ensure the protection, safety, and well-being of personnel, visitors, and company assets across all Sunbeth Global Concepts Limited locations.
Job Details
Access Control:
- Monitor and control entry and exit points for staff, visitors, and vehicles.
- Ensure all visitors are properly screened, documented, and issued access badges.
- Maintain entrance and exit registers at all times.
- Enforce 100% compliance with company’s access procedures.
Patrol and surveillance:
- Conduct routine patrols of premises to detect and prevent security breaches.
- Remain vigilant for any unusual or suspicious activity.
- Report hazards, irregularities, or safety issues to the Security Administrator.
- Ensure all security and surveillance systems are functional and well-monitored.Incident Reporting and Response:
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies in line with security procedures.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on security activities and incidents.
- Assist in investigating cases of theft, vandalism, or safety breaches.
- Report all irregularities immediately to the Security Administrator.
Asset Protection:
- Safeguard company assets, property, and equipment against theft or damage.
- Verify loading and offloading of goods in line with approved documentation.
- Prevent unauthorized removal of company materials or items.
Compliance and Conduct:
- Maintain professionalism, discipline, and integrity while on duty.
- Follow all company policies, standard operating procedures, and site instructions.
- Participate in periodic security drills and awareness programs.
Emergency Preparedness:
- Assist during emergencies, including evacuations and fire drills.
- Sound alarms or contact relevant authorities when necessary.
- Ensure fire exits and emergency routes remain unobstructed at all times.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of Bachelor of Science in any discipline (Security Management, Criminology and Security Studies will be added advantage).
- At least 5-7 years of experience as a Security Supervisor in a corporate or industrial environment.
- Good knowledge of access control and security surveillance systems and electronic security.
- Physically and mentally fit to perform security duties.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
