Job Summary

• As the Chief Financial Officer, you will provide strategic financial leadership, oversee financial planning and reporting, and drive financial performance within a consulting, financial advisory, and fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting to support business growth


• Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory requirements


• Manage budgeting, cash flow, and financial controls across the organization


• Provide strategic insights to support investment, advisory, and business decisions


• Supervise finance teams and ensure efficient financial operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field


• Minimum of 10+ years experience in finance leadership roles within consulting, financial advisory, or fintech


• Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or ACA is mandatory


• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and corporate finance


• Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
