- The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, improve key performance indicators (KPIs), and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide continuous monitoring of material handling equipment via Linde Connect telematics software to ensure maximum fleet uptime and operational safety.
- Track key metrics such as asset availability, uptime, safety metrics, operations inventory and service levels to ensure performance targets are met.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, reports, and logs of operational events, changes, and configurations.
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets from multiple internal and external sources
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Build and manage Power Automate flows to streamline reporting and data processes.
- Develop and deploy Power Apps to support frontline data capture and solve unique operational challenges.
Qualifications
Compulsory:
- B.Sc / HND in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Power BI (DAX/Power Query), Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Experience connecting to various data sources (API, SharePoint, Excel)
Experience Required:
- 2+ years of professional experience in a data analyst or similar role
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate to build automated workflows and process integrations
- Proficiency in Power Apps to design and deploy business applications.
