Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Cobbler responsible for assessing, repairing, and restoring footwear and leather items.


• The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess shoes, boots, bags, and leather items for repair needs


• Perform repairs including sole replacement, heel fixing, stitching, and refurbishment


• Ensure all work meets quality standards and customer specifications


• Communicate clearly with customers on costs, timelines, and updates


• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition


• Monitor and manage repair material inventory


• Keep accurate records of expenses and materials


• Forward completed items for Quality Control before delivery.
