Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee daily plant operations, ensure production targets are met, and maintain high standards of quality and safety within the factory.


• The ideal candidate must have strong leadership ability, technical production knowledge, and experience managing teams in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities


• Ensure production targets are achieved


• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and minimal downtime


• Implement quality control measures and maintain product standards


• Oversee workforce scheduling and performance management


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies


• Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and supply chain departments


• Control production costs and minimize waste.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Production Management or a related field


• Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in a manufacturing or processing plant


• Proven experience in supervising production teams


• Strong knowledge of production planning and process optimization


• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines


• Experience in heavy industry or mineral processing is an advantage


• Preference will be given to expatriate candidates with relevant international experience (e.g., Indian, Pakistani, Korean, Lebanese, etc).
