Job Summary




  • We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to expand the company’s market presence and achieve sales targets.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and develop new business opportunities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

  • Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals

  • Track and report on sales performance.



Requirements




  • Good Bachelor’s Degree in any field

  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in business development

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Good understanding of market dynamics and customer needs

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

  • Must reside in Port Harcourt.
