As the Business Development Manager, you will drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building partnerships, and expanding the company’s footprint within the fintech and digital payments ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fintech and digital payments space
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with clients, merchants, and financial institutions
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
Prepare proposals and manage the end-to-end sales cycle
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
4–6 years business development experience within fintech or digital payments
Strong network within fintech, banking, or financial services ecosystem
Professional certification such as CIM, NIM, or related is an advantage.
