- JMG is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, drive HR initiatives, and support organizational growth through effective talent management, employee engagement, and workforce optimization.
- This role is critical to shaping a high performance culture and ensuring HR programs align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Serve as the primary HR advisor to business leaders, acting as a consultant on people related strategies and decisions.
- Develop HR solutions that drive business performance and workforce capability.
- Partner with leadership teams to support organizational design, restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Employee Relations & Performance Management:
- Oversee employee relations matters, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with labor regulations.
- Coach managers on performance issues and guide them through performance improvement plans.
- Facilitate annual performance review cycles and support a culture of continuous feedback.
Learning & Development:
- Identify skill gaps and training needs across teams.
- Support the implementation of learning programs to enhance employee capabilities and career growth.
- Promote leadership development and succession programs.
Policy Implementation & Compliance:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Promote compliance with internal controls, labor laws, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting.
Culture & Engagement:
- Support initiatives that strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and organizational values.
- Facilitate employee surveys and partner with leaders to drive action plans.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) is an added advantage.
Experience:
- 5–7 years of proven experience as a HR Generalist, or HRBP, preferably in: Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Services, FMCG
- Demonstrated experience working closely with business leaders in a fast paced environment.
- Strong background inemployee relations, and performance management.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and influence at all organizational levels.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices and labor legislation.
- Analytical mindset with problem solving capability.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office tools.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
