  • JMG is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, drive HR initiatives, and support organizational growth through effective talent management, employee engagement, and workforce optimization.

  • This role is critical to shaping a high performance culture and ensuring HR programs align with business objectives.



Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership:




  • Serve as the primary HR advisor to business leaders, acting as a consultant on people related strategies and decisions.

  • Develop HR solutions that drive business performance and workforce capability.

  • Partner with leadership teams to support organizational design, restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning.



Employee Relations & Performance Management:




  • Oversee employee relations matters, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with labor regulations.

  • Coach managers on performance issues and guide them through performance improvement plans.

  • Facilitate annual performance review cycles and support a culture of continuous feedback.



Learning & Development:




  • Identify skill gaps and training needs across teams.

  • Support the implementation of learning programs to enhance employee capabilities and career growth.

  • Promote leadership development and succession programs.



Policy Implementation & Compliance:




  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and aligned with regulatory requirements.

  • Promote compliance with internal controls, labor laws, and industry standards.

  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting.



Culture & Engagement:




  • Support initiatives that strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and organizational values.

  • Facilitate employee surveys and partner with leaders to drive action plans.

  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.



Qualifications

Education




  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) is an added advantage.



Experience:




  • 5–7 years of proven experience as a HR Generalist, or HRBP, preferably in: Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Services, FMCG

  • Demonstrated experience working closely with business leaders in a fast paced environment.

  • Strong background inemployee relations, and performance management.



Skills & Competencies:




  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to build trust and influence at all organizational levels.

  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and labor legislation.

  • Analytical mindset with problem solving capability.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office tools.

  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
