Job Summary




  • The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store floor operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting sales performance.

  • The role requires strong leadership, operational efficiency, and the ability to manage staff and customer interactions in a fast-paced retail environment.



Key Responsibilities

Store Operations Management:




  • Supervise day-to-day activities on the sales floor

  • Ensure store opening and closing procedures are properly executed

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with inventory teams

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards



Sales & Customer Experience:




  • Drive sales performance by supporting and motivating the sales team

  • Ensure exceptional customer service and handle escalated customer concerns

  • Monitor customer flow and optimize staff deployment accordingly



Team Supervision & Leadership:




  • Lead, coach, and supervise sales associates to meet targets

  • Conduct on-the-job training and provide continuous feedback

  • Support performance management and discipline where required



Visual Merchandising:




  • Ensure products are well displayed in line with brand guidelines

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall store presentation

  • Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns



Reporting & Administration:




  • Track daily sales and prepare basic operational reports

  • Assist in scheduling staff shifts and attendance monitoring

  • Report operational issues to the Store Manager promptly



Key Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 3–4 years retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Good understanding of retail operations and sales techniques

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
