Job Summary




  • We are looking for a results-driven Field Sales Agent (FSA) to drive sales, acquire new customers, and expand market presence across Edo State.

  • The ideal candidate should be energetic, persuasive, and target-oriented.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and onboard new customers within assigned territories.

  • Promote and sell company products to retailers, distributors, and construction sites.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.

  • Ensure timely order collection and follow up on payments.

  • Provide regular sales and market reports.



Requirements




  • Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field.

  • 1–3 years experience in sales (FMCG or building materials is an advantage).

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.

  • Good knowledge of Edo market is a plus.
