Job Summary
- The Website / IT Support Officer is responsible for maintaining the company’s website and providing technical support for computer systems, software, and IT equipment.
- The role ensures that all IT systems and the website run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the company website regularly.
- Monitor website performance and fix technical issues.
- Provide technical support to staff for computer hardware and software problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot network, internet, and email issues.
- Ensure website security and perform regular backups.
- Assist in managing company databases and online platforms.
- Set up computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Keep records of IT issues and solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Degree or diploma inInformation Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
