A critical operations role responsible for ensuring the technical health, uptime, and real-time monitoring of a large-scale surveillance system.
The position focuses on rapid incident response, system reliability, and coordination with IT teams, vendors, and field agencies to maintain seamless operations across 1,000+ camera feeds.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage 1,000+ live camera feeds across multiple plant locations (OCP, ICP, BCP) during 12-hour shifts.
Operate advanced surveillance and analytics systems for real-time incident detection and response.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the surveillance infrastructure promptly.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and field agencies to ensure immediate action on alerts.
Maintain continuous follow-up with IT and vendors to ensure timely system repairs and issue resolution.
Delegate tasks within the shift and ensure timely, high-quality execution.
Enforce strict adherence to Control Room protocols, data security, and professional standards.
Manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in Science or a related technical field.
2 - 5 years of experience in Command Center Operations, Network Operations, or surveillance systems.
Proficiency in surveillance software, analytics tools, and technical troubleshooting.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to act decisively under pressure.
High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to operational excellence.
Proven ability to manage high-volume monitoring, ensure system uptime, and meet strict timelines.
