Job Summary

• An operational role focused on real-time fleet monitoring using GPS Tracking and camera surveillance, basic data entry, and adherence to control room protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track assigned trucks in real-time via GPS systems.


• Conduct live camera surveillance to verify vehicle, driver, and site safety.


• Use Nova Applications, Excel, and SAP to analyze tracking data and generate reports.


• Record and manage timings for 250+ trucks per 12-hour shift.


• Handle multiple operational tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.


• Communicate effectively through emails, Teams, and other internal/external channels.


• Ensure compliance with company data security and control room policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.


• 1 - 3 years of relevant operational/monitoring experience.


• Proficient in MS Excel, computer applications, and GPS tracking software.


• Strong multitasking, time management, and communication skills.


• Ability to work rotating 12-hour day/night shifts with discipline and integrity.
