About the Role




  • We are hiring a Front Desk & Client Services Executive to own and manage our front desk operations and support day-to-day administrative coordination.

  • This role is critical to how our business runs, you will be the first point of contact for clients and a key part of how information flows across sales, operations, and property management.

  • If you are highly organised, detail-oriented, and take pride in doing things properly, this role is for you.



What You Will Be Responsible For



Front Desk & Client Experience




  • Manage the front desk as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and vendors

  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and email enquiries professionally and efficiently

  • Direct clients to the appropriate team (Sales, Operations, Property Management)

  • Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception area at all times

  • Keep accurate visitor and access logs



Enquiry Handling & Coordination




  • Log and track all client enquiries (walk-ins, calls, online)

  • Ensure no enquiry is missed, delayed, or wrongly assigned

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up

  • Liaise with riders, dispatch, and vendors for pickups and deliveries



Data Entry & Records Management




  • Maintain accurate records of clients, properties, inspections, and transactions

  • Update logs and CRM systems daily with zero errors

  • Support documentation processes and ensure proper filing (digital & physical)

  • Assist in preparing simple daily and weekly reports



Administrative Support




  • Manage correspondence (emails, letters, packages)

  • Scan, print, and organise documents using standard systems

  • Track office supplies and coordinate timely replenishment

  • Support basic document preparation using templates



Who We Are Looking For




  • 2–3 years experience in front desk, admin, or customer-facing roles

  • Strong communication skills (clear, confident, and professional)

  • High attention to detail; you do not make careless mistakes

  • Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and basic systems

  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Presentable and professional, you represent the company
