Summary




  • The right candidates will be in charge of managing every aspect of the employment process, including, orientation, training of new staff members, and managing payroll.



Responsibilties




  • Handling employment relations issues such as grievances and employee welfare.

  • Lead recruitment process, onboarding and off boarding of staff

  • Manage staff performance and welfare packages

  • Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.

  • Provide detailed HR reports to management teams.

  • Leading new starter company inductions.

  • Manage talent pools ,

  • Overseeing training and development of employees.

  • Administer financial elements such as payroll, compensation and benefits.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in human resources.

  • Accounting background is an added advantage.

  • Must be a Female.
