Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to oversee and drive excellence across all business units.
- In this role, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for the entire group, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and high-quality standards across all brands.
- You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize resources, uphold brand and operational standards, and implement growth initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and drive sustainable business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Vision:
- Define and communicate the group’s overall strategic direction and objectives.
- Align all business units with the group’s vision, goals, and KPIs.
Profitability & Growth Management:
- Drive revenue growth and optimize profitability across QSR, Event Catering, Pastry, and Fine Dining units.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
Cross-Business Oversight:
- Lead and mentor department heads, ensuring effective execution of strategies across all units.
- Promote accountability and operational discipline at all leadership levels.
Operational & Performance Excellence:
- Develop frameworks for operational efficiency and performance management.
- Monitor business performance at a strategic level and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Financial Leadership:
- Oversee group-wide budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures.
- Ensure strategic financial planning, capital allocation, and investment decisions support business objectives.
Brand & Customer Experience Oversight:
- Uphold brand standards and ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all businesses.
- Drive initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and market reputation.
Talent & Leadership Development:
- Build and develop leadership capacity across all business units.
- Implement succession planning, training programs, and team development initiatives.
Strategic Planning & Expansion:
- Lead long-term strategic planning, risk management, and new business development initiatives.
- Advise the MD/CEO on group-level strategies, partnerships, and investment opportunities.
External Relations & Representation:
- Represent the group in vendor relations, partnerships, industry events, and cross-business collaborations.
- Promote the company’s image and support marketing and promotional initiatives.
Reporting & Decision Support:
- Provide strategic reports, analyses, and recommendations to the MD/CEO and board.
- Support data-driven decision-making and monitor group-level KPIs.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Masters Degree with 7 - 10 years experience.
