Job Summary 




  • IDA Beauty is a luxury, halal-certified, vegan, and cruelty-free beauty brand committed to inclusivity, sustainability, and empowering confidence from the inside out.

  • As we continue to grow our digital presence and drive online sales, we are seeking a result-driven Digital Marketer to support our performance marketing, SEO, and online visibility.



Key Responsibilities




  • Plan, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)

  • Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, conversions)

  • Manage audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies

  • Collaborate with content and social media teams for campaign alignment

  • Support product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns

  • Track and manage advertising budgets efficiently

  • Provide daily/weekly performance reports and insights

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking

  • Optimize website content, product pages, and blog posts for search engines

  • Monitor and improve organic traffic, search visibility, and domain authority

  • Perform on-page and basic technical SEO (meta tags, alt text, site structure)

  • Work with developers/content team to improve website performance (speed, UX, mobile optimization)



Requirements




  • OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, ICT or related field

  • 1–2 years’ experience in digital marketing or performance marketing

  • Strong knowledge of paid ads (Google, Meta, TikTok)

  • Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager

  • Knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest

  • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify)

  • Ability to interpret analytics and optimize campaigns

  • Strong communication and reporting skills

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Increase qualified traffic (paid and organic)

  • Improve SEO rankings (first-page visibility)

  • Scale high-performing campaigns

  • Ensure efficient budget management

  • Successfully launch and optimize product campaigns with measurable ROI

  • Provide weekly reports with insights and strategy adjustments

  • Nice to Have

  • Experience in beauty, skincare, or luxury brands

  • Basic content creation or copywriting skills

  • Understanding of social media marketing.
