Report To: Restaurant Supervisor / F&B Manager
Location: Abuja (Dakwa)
Salary: N 75,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages
- Take accurate customer orders and communicate them to the kitchen
- Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly
- Check on customers to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints politely
- Set up tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Clear tables and prepare them for new guests
- Process bills and coordinate payments with the cashier
- Maintain proper hygiene and follow food safety standards
- Assist in arranging tables for special events or reservations
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff
- Report any issues or customer concerns to the supervisor
- Ensure proper use and care of restaurant equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum of secondary school certificate (SSCE or equivalent)
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of food service operations
- Ability to use POS systems is an added advantage
