Report To: Restaurant Supervisor / F&B Manager    



Location: Abuja (Dakwa)    



Salary:  N 75,000    



Key Responsibilities: 




  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

  • Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages

  • Take accurate customer orders and communicate them to the kitchen

  • Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly

  • Check on customers to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints politely

  • Set up tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area

  • Clear tables and prepare them for new guests

  • Process bills and coordinate payments with the cashier

  • Maintain proper hygiene and follow food safety standards

  • Assist in arranging tables for special events or reservations

  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff

  • Report any issues or customer concerns to the supervisor

  • Ensure proper use and care of restaurant equipment



Qualifications 




  • Minimum of secondary school certificate (SSCE or equivalent)

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage

  • Basic knowledge of food service operations

  • Ability to use POS systems is an added advantage
