Job Description
Report To: Facility Manager / Operation Manager
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs.
- Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and external contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment servicing.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and operational regulations.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and breakdowns to minimize operational disruption.
- Recommend upgrades or improvements to enhance facility efficiency and safety.
- Assist management in budgeting and procurement for maintenance-related tools, materials, and services.
Requirement
- National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a similar technical role.
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and preventive maintenance practices.
