Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource/Admin Officer to support day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or NYSC member with foundational HR knowledge and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced, consulting-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Support onboarding and employee documentation processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist with performance tracking and HR reporting
- Handle basic employee relations and HR communications
Administrative Duties:
- Manage schedules, meetings, and internal coordination
- Prepare reports, letters, and HR documents
- Support general office administration and operations
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
- Assist with coordination of company activities and projects
Requirements
- 0–1 year experience as an HR Intern, HR Assistant, or related role
- NYSC members and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Advantage
- Prior experience working in a consulting environment
- Exposure to recruitment and client-facing HR support
Additional Requirements
- Must be based in Lagos (mandatory)
- Must have access to a stable internet connection and be available during working hours
