Responsibilities




  • Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term growth strategies.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitive insights.

  • Lead proposals, pitches, and contract negotiations to close deals etc.



Requirements




  • HND / BS.c Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field or related fields

  • 3 - 5 years’ proven experience with a track record of meeting targets, preferably in consulting,training, or human development services.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to lead initiatives independently and work collaboratively.
