Bazign Impressions Ltd., a growing commercial printing and creative company, is seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Customer Service Representative & Office Administrator to manage client interactions, coordinate print jobs, and support daily office operations in a fast‑paced digital print environment.



Key Responsibilities




  • Handle customer inquiries and process print orders (walk‑in, phone, email)

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and job tickets

  • Coordinate jobs between design, production, and delivery teams

  • Track job progress and provide updates to clients

  • Perform basic quality checks and oversee deliveries/pickups

  • Maintain customer records and follow up on completed jobs

  • Manage filing, office supplies, and general office coordination



Requirements




  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

  • 2–5 years customer service experience (print industry experience is an advantage)

  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Customer‑centric attitude and attention to detail
