Bazign Impressions Ltd., a growing commercial printing and creative company, is seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Customer Service Representative & Office Administrator to manage client interactions, coordinate print jobs, and support daily office operations in a fast‑paced digital print environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and process print orders (walk‑in, phone, email)
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and job tickets
- Coordinate jobs between design, production, and delivery teams
- Track job progress and provide updates to clients
- Perform basic quality checks and oversee deliveries/pickups
- Maintain customer records and follow up on completed jobs
- Manage filing, office supplies, and general office coordination
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2–5 years customer service experience (print industry experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Customer‑centric attitude and attention to detail
