Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Child Development:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the curriculum
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
- Observe, assess, and track children’s progress
- Provide regular feedback to parents and management
Operations & Setup:
- Assist in setting up the school’s systems, structure, and daily routines
- Develop and implement efficient classroom and administrative processes
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
- Work closely with the trustees.
Marketing & Growth (Added Advantage):
- Support awareness and enrolment initiatives, knowledge of social media marketing
- Contribute ideas to promote the creche within the community
Must live in Ikeja or it's environs.
