About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our sales operations in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong clientele base, proven experience in driving revenue growth, and the ability to build lasting relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and group segments.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and packages.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven sales experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong network of corporate and travel industry contacts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets.
