Job Description
- Responsible for the sales target in Premium and Policy count in your region and to deliver profitable revenue streams to the Business and Group. The Job holder will manage the existing Agencies as well as engage new agencies in furtherance
- Identify and develop new markets and develop strategies to penetrate and deepen our presence within the identified markets.
- Recruitment and training of Agency Sales Manager/Insurance Advisors in area of coverage.
- Ensure Customer retention through servicing and renewal of policies and ensure a persistency ratio of a minimum of 75%
- Ensure timely delivery of insurance needs to customers in a way that supports excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a B.sc in any discipline
- Professional qualification in insurance would be an added advantage
- Minimum of a 6-10 years' experience in the Insurance industry
