Job Summary




  • We’re seeking a data-driven Business Development Manager to drive tenant acquisition and connect manufacturers of chilled/frozen products to last-mile retail demand.



What You’ll Do




  • Map local retail ecosystems and identify supply gaps

  • Turn data into compelling B2B sales pitches

  • Secure long-term pallet lease commitments

  • Drive hub expansion strategy and demand pipelines

  • Own CRM tracking and reporting



What We’re Looking For




  • 7+ years in B2B sales/business development (FMCG, logistics, or supply chain preferred)

  • Strong analytical and presentation skills

  • Proven ability to close deals and manage pipelines

  • CRM proficiency and strategic thinking.
